TaBS Mobile Application Guide
1. Installation
1.1 Download application
Depending on the version of your mobile phone please use below links.

1.2 Register application
Open application and input application address then press next
Input your Username and Password in TaBS then press complete. If you are using Single Sign-on, application will request login from your Single Sign-on provider (M365 / Google etc)
System will take a minute to download your clients and jobs. After this you can start recording your time in TaBS Mobile Application.
2. Timesheets
There are two options to record time. If you want to record timesheet which happen press icon and fill in the form. For timesheet which happens right now you can press
to start timer.
On the timesheet form fill in all information. These details can be later modified either on the mobile app (only before synchronization) or on the web application.
3. Synchronization
Once you finish recording Timesheets, you will need to send it on the application server via Synchronization function available from menu icon .
From the Synchronization screen, system allow to send timesheet to the application server and same time it will also fetch new Clients and Jobs.
4. Expenses
Depending on the setup of your TaBS application system might allow to record expenses.
Option for expenses recording will be available when recording timesheet. From the Timesheet form press “Click here to add Expenses” to open the Expenses form.
5. Calendar
Calendar display summary of your time records. Green highlight will show days when you reach target, gray will indicate public holidays or leave.
Press update calendar to update time recorded, public holiday and leave from the application server.
6. Leave Calendar
On this view application will display your team and your own leaves.
